The Funeral Assistance Program, LLC provides affordable, non-insurance funeral and cremation membership plans designed to help individuals plan ahead and support families at the time of need.
Members receive professional funeral planning, coordination, negotiated discounted rates and bereavement concierge services, along with access to a nationwide network of 27,000+ funeral homes across the United States and Latin America.
We are not a funeral home and do not perform funeral services, nor is this an insurance policy. Our role is to coordinate, guide, and advocate for members and their families.
Through membership in The Funeral Assistance Program, families receive real-time support and professional guidance when a death occurs, instead of being left to handle arrangements alone.

All Members Ages 0–90:
9-month waiting period applies to funeral and cremation services
- Immediate Coverage (No Waiting Period)
Available immediately upon enrollment:

Funeral & Bereavement Concierge Services
During the waiting period, only concierge services are provided. This allows members to receive full guidance and support while maintaining affordable monthly pricing for all plans.

Concierge+ Direct Cremation with Urn
This membership includes all Funeral & Bereavement Concierge Services plus coverage for a Direct Cremation with Urn, providing a respectful and affordable final arrangement.

- Body retrieval (home, hospital, morgue, or airport)
- Transportation to funeral home or crematorium
- Cremation service
- Urn for ashes
- (2 hour) Memorial Service
- Digital obituary

Concierge+ Traditional Funeral or Cremation with Service
This membership includes all Funeral & Bereavement Concierge Services plus coverage for a Traditional Funeral with Casket and Viewing or Cremation with Viewing and Urn.
- Legal procedures and documentation
- Body retrieval and transportation
- Thanatopraxy / embalming (if required)
- Basic casket or rental casket (as applicable)
- Viewing room (up to 2–4 hours, plan dependent)
- Religious or memorial service
- Hearse services (if required)
- Transfer to cemetery or crematorium
- Urn for ashes (if applicable)
- Death certificate and cremation certificate
- Digital obituary

What Happens When a Death Occurs
When a death occurs, families must contact the Funeral Assistance Support Team (FAST) before making any funeral arrangements.
