What is Funeral assistance program
The Funeral Assistance Program, LLC provides affordable, non-insurance funeral and cremation membership plans designed to help individuals plan ahead and support families at the time of need. Members receive professional funeral planning, coordination, negotiated discounted rates and bereavement concierge services, along with access to a nationwide network of 27,000+ funeral homes across the United States and Latin America.
We are not a funeral home and do not perform funeral services, nor is this an insurance policy. Our role is to coordinate, guide, and advocate for members and their families.
Through this program, families do not have to face difficult decisions alone or worry about being overcharged during one of the most emotional moments of their lives. Our focus is to provide clarity, structure, and compassionate guidance when it matters most.

Who We Are
The Funeral Assistance Program, LLC is a membership-based funeral assistance and concierge service. We work with licensed funeral providers through NASER Global LLC to ensure funeral and cremation services are handled with dignity, clarity, and care.
Our role is to stand between families and funeral providers to make sure services are appropriate, costs are transparent, and the wishes of the member are respected. We act as an advocate for the family so they can focus on honoring their loved one rather than managing complicated arrangements.

Traditional Funeral with Casket and Viewing
- Legal procedures and documentation
- Body retrieval and transportation
- Thanatopraxy / embalming (if required)
- Basic casket or rental casket (as applicable)
- Viewing room (up to 2–4 hours, plan dependent)
- Religious or memorial service
- Hearse services (if required)
- Transfer to cemetery or crematorium
- Urn for ashes (if applicable)
- Death certificate and cremation certificate
- Digital obituary
